Two persons lost their lives while resisting the armed robbers near Quetta Town on Superhighway on Friday. The area police said that two bandits riding a bike intercepted Amanullah and Wali Khan who were on way back to home after having withdrawn Rs 200,000 from a bank near Sohrab Goth.

Amanullah and Wali Khan began resisting the bandits who took them on gunpoint to snatch cash. Then, armed robbers opened fires leaving the two critically wounded and fled the scene with cash. The injured subsequently succumbed to fatal bullet injuries. The bodies were shifted to hospital for autopsy.
